Andreas Peratikos is a civil engineer and the founder of Perabuild Ltd, based in Limassol. A graduate of the National Technical University of Athens, he brings a strong technical background combined with hands-on experience in the delivery of residential and commercial construction projects.
Throughout his career, he has been involved in projects where timing, cost control, and execution quality were critical — shaping a clear, disciplined approach to construction. His work is defined by structured planning, direct site involvement, and a focus on delivering consistent results without compromise.
In 2025, he founded Perabuild with a clear objective: to deliver projects that meet their timelines, respect budgets, and maintain high construction standards from start to finish. As Director, he remains actively engaged in every project, ensuring accountability, transparency, and a level of quality he would expect in his own home.
